The meadow is only open through the holidays for non winter fairies at the moment, but if requested enough, may become a meadow of it's own. Non winter talent fairies need to complete Tinker Bell's quest to get the "key" to enter. Once in, you can explore the meadow, buy sweets in Spike's Sweet Shop, ice skate in the forest's icy rink, and discover winter secrets and maybe even hidden locations.

The Border is forbidden to be crossed by warm fairies as there is a high chance that they may freeze to death. When animals cross they get a winter coat that protects them from the cold.
